3 Fat Burning Weight Loss Workouts

All of us are interested in losing weight, and as a matter of fact, it seems as if it is almost an obsession for a vast majority of those who are carrying around too much. The unfortunate thing is, the world around doesn’t lend itself the losing weight easily. One of the reasons why this is the case is because we are constantly fed misinformation from the diet and weight loss industries. Although they may be able to help us to a certain extent, the vast majority of us are just going to end up putting the weight back on. That is their goal, anyway, because then they get to keep us as a customer.

There are some ways, however, that you can effectively burn fat and do so very quickly without having to go through some kind of a strange routine in order to achieve it. Many of these weight loss workouts do not require that you spend hours at the gym, or that you are there every single day. As a matter of fact, one of them only requires that you spend about one hour a week at the gym, which is achievable for any of us. Here are 3 different routines which can help you to burn fat effectively.

The first routine is my personal favorite, using high-intensity training with multi-joint exercises. High intensity training means that you’re going to do one set to absolute failure, and by the time that you are finished, you will not be able to budge the weight a single inch. This really helps you to get the muscles working and can make them grow in amazing ways. By working out the entire body at one time, you can generally spend about 45 minutes on your entire exercise routine and be done for the week. By taking the entire week off, you give your body time to fully repair itself and you would be surprised with how quickly your muscles will grow as a result.

Another type of weight loss workout is high-intensity interval training on the cardiovascular machines. This can either be done at the gym or it can be done using any type of cardiovascular workout, such as riding a bike or running. The way that you do it is that you go 100 percent of your effort for 30 to 60 seconds, and then to an easier pace for an equal or longer amount of time. Continue the cycle your way through this for 20 to 45 minutes, and you will see weight loss as a result.

Finally, you can do an intensive type of training that is known as Tabata. This type of exercise takes you 4 minutes to achieve, but it can boost your metabolism like no other known type of exercise can. It is so intensive, that it may take you a little while to get used to it, but it is worth the effort. You go 20 seconds at absolute 100 percent of your effort and then completely rest for 10 seconds. Cycle through this for eight minutes and you will have a metabolism boost that will have you burning calories all day long.
